Human and initial occurrence Part-20

Models of the origin of life

in fact, there is no standard model that explains the origin of life. The models that are considered standard is generally based on the hypothesis Oparin-Haldane. The theory that there are grouped into several sections, ie:

  • Some experts claim that the earth's atmosphere naturally arrange themselves chemicals they contain, to finally have the main composition in the form of Methane, Ammonia, Water, Hydrogen Sulfide, Carbon Dioxide, Carbon Monoxide, and phosphates, with little or not at all elements of Oxygen or Ozone.
  • In such atmospheric conditions, the electrical activity occurring in the atmosphere can act as a catalyst in the formation of molecules (monomers) of life, such as the occurrence of Amino Acids.
  • A fatty substance joined by phosphorus (phospholipids) on the length of a particular molecule, spontaneously formed by a layer of fat (lipid bilayers), a component for the formation of the cell membrane.
  • The fundamental question is regarding the first-division molecule itself. From the current observations, modern cell division occurs through the cooperation of proteins and nucleic acids, then to ease in the past, cell division, conducted in collaboration with "Protein First" and "First Nucleic Acid".
  • Reason for use in the usage of "first nucleic acid" in the first cell division are:
  1. That polymerization of nucleotides randomly into RNA molecules might have resulted in his own division of ribozom. This hypothesis comes from the world of RNA (RNA World Hypothesis).
  2. Selection pressure will be the efficiency of catalysis and diversity can lead to the occurrence of peptic ribozom which catalyzes the form of small formation of protein.

  • Various theories and hypotheses have sprung up to date, ranging from the possible source of the emergence of organic molecules on the mainland or space development Primordial Soup Theory by Stanley Miller and Harold Urey theory first life in the vents magma in the deep ocean (Iron-Sulfur World Theory) experiment Sydney W . Fox regarding the formation of peptide spontaneously hypotheses about the stages of development on water conditions in the condition prebiotic further development of the theory of Iron-Sulfur by Gunther Wächtershäuser developing hypotheses radioactive and tidal shore up about evolution itself, changes in organic molecules into protocell, hypothesis RNA (RNA World hypothesis), the possible role of air bubbles on the beach in the formation of life, autokatalis by Stuart Kaufman theory, the theory of clay by Graham C. Smith, a model-hot deep biosphere by Thomas Gold, a theory of primitive extraterrestrial life supported by Francis Crick, and lots more.
