Many Ayat of Al-Quran explain that all living things were created from water. In fact, 60-70% of the human body consists of water. However, in many Ayat of Al-Quran, it says that man was created from the ground and derivatives.

He who created you from clay, then he created death , and the specific time limit which is known only to him and yet you still doubt it.
(Al-An'am / 6: 2)
